Team Manor had an awesome day in Canaan doing the kids
program in addition to lots of work on Suzette’s house. The whole team
participated in the kids program David and Goliath skit. Then they split the kids
into groups and played games, created play-doh sculptures, and decorated popsicle
stick crosses. We were blessed with over 100 kids today! After the kids program
the team continued work at Suzette’s spreading gravel landscape, putting up the
walls, and starting the roof. Team members were also able to spend time with
Suzette and her family. She was feeling fairly well today and enjoyed visiting. She is
very thankful for how the team is blessing her and her family through their
work this week.
Please pray for a good night of rest after this busy day so
that everyone will be strengthened for the day ahead! We will be returning to
Canaan to continue the medical clinic and work on Suzette’s home.
