Team July II had a great first full day in Haiti. After a
much needed night of rest the team woke up and went to church, followed by a
tour of downtown Port-Au-Prince. Later in the afternoon the team visited the
Good Samaritan girls’ home. The team had a lot of fun dancing, playing dodge
ball, and getting their hair braided.
Tonight the team learned some more specifics
about the construction and medical clinic that will be going on tomorrow. We
are ready for a great week and for what God has in store!
Please be praying that each team member will have the
courage to step out of comfort zones and say “yes” to God’s promptings
throughout the week.
